VANNA MAKES CORZETTI

With TUCCU (Meat Sauce_



CORZETTI Recipe :


The corzetti dough is 300g 00 flour,

10o grams Semolina Flour (this makes it a firmer dough)
3 eggs
50ml of white wine and water if needed. 
The Tuccu Sauce is made with 400g of whole pork loin
250g stewing Beef Steak, onion, carrot, celery, parsley, rosemary sprig, 1 garlic, 1/3 of a nutmeg, salt, pepper, 300ml passata, white wine and water as needed.
