RECIPE GRANDMA MARIELLI'S MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS :

2 and 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef Chuck

2 large eggs

1/4 cup fresh chopped Parsley, 

1 teaspoon each of dry oregano and dried Basil

5 slices of wheat bread(in 1/2' cubes)

1/2 teaspoon each of Salt and Black Pepper

1/3 cup milk

half cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 medium chopped onion

6 cloves minced Garlic

Mixed all. Form into Meatballs and baked them for 30-35 minutes at 375° 

Or Fry the Meatballs in vegetable oil and serve, or finish cooking in your Sauce.
