1 cup Milk 6 ounces Arborio Rice 1/4 cup olive oil
pinch of Salt 10 ounce Marscapone Cheese
1 ounce grated Parmigiano Reggiano

DOUGH 2 cups all purpose Flour
1/4 cup olive oil Salt Warm water, as needed.
