Limoncello Cream Homemade Recipe Sorrento






LEMONCELLO CREAM !



RECIPE :

Homemade Limoncello Cream

Ingredients  :

750 ml bottle of Grain Alcohol (or Vodka)
14 Lemon
5 1/2 cup Milk
4 cup Sugar

1) Clean all lemons thoroughly and scrub dry with a clean cloth. Peel lemons with a potato peeler but only the yellow part, the white part is very bitter.

2) Place the lemon skins into a glass jar combined with the alcohol.

3) Allow the skin and the alcohol to rest together for 20 to 30 days in a dark place.
Make sure to shake the jar in a spiral circular motion for about 10 second three times a week. Place it in the dark again.

4) After 30 days separate the skin and alcohol, you may use a strainer.

5) The sugar must boil together with milk , make sure that all the sugar is melted.

6) Then let cool down to room temperature. Then mix it all together then take the lemon liquor and strain it with a coffee filter, when this is completed put it into a glass bottle.

7) Put the glass bottle in the fridge and when it becomes cold it will be ready to drink.
